Dunsforth Parish meeting

Notice of Village Meeting -18 June @6.30 St Mary’s .

This is an open public meeting. All are welcome and our North Yorkshire councillor, Arnold Warneken, will be in attendance.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Mandy, Ian and Peter Townsend for their generosity and support in allowing the Parish Meeting to take place at the Dunesford Vineyard over the last few years. We are holding the upcoming meeting in the new community space at the church, not least because the Local Government Regulations require the meeting to be held on unlicensed premises where a suitable venue exists.
I'd also like to thank everyone who has supported the call for the meeting and indicated their willingness to attend if the date works for them.
The agenda of the meeting is as follows:Appointment of Chair and Minute Secretary for the meeting. (These do not have to be roles that extend beyond this meeting.)Minutes of the last meetings: AGM 19/5/25 and Ordinary Meeting 10/11/25. (I've appended the latter but I don't have minutes from our AGM last May. If anyone does, then please send them to me and I will forward them.)Consideration and Approval of the Accounts, Annual Governance and Accountability Returns.
